On 18/12/2019 in Belper, Derbyshire, UK, Jaguar Land Rover had officially acquired Bowler, the high-efficiency automobile manufacturer on all terrains, along with other accessories and products in England.
Established in 1985, Bowler is the pioneer in creating utility vehicles in England and achieved great successes in worldwide off-road racing tournaments. Therefore, their favorable background of knowledge, historical experience on aerodynamics on terrains and specialized manufacturing techniques are to become Jaguar Land Rover’s highly beneficial assets.
Special Vehicle Operations – SVO – is one of Jaguar Land Rover’s core business facilities. At which location, Jaguar and Land Rover models undergo R&D processes that split into various categories: SV, Personalization, Tradition and soon to come: Bowler, the 4th business unit.
